Timothy D Ford, MD
Dr. Ford specializes in Interventional Cardiology and Cardiovascular Disease in adult patients. He is Board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Interventional Cardiology, Cardiovascular Disease and Internal Medicine. Clinical interests include management of acute coronary syndromes and preventive cardiology. He has served as Chief of Division of Cardiology at Upstate since 2013.

McKenna Burgwin MSN, RN, FNP-C
McKenna is a boards certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She completed her graduate education at Le Moyne College. She has years of experience in cardiology throughout her work as a Registered Nurse.

Abby Hubbard
Abby Hubbard, CRNP, CHFN attended Hartwick College in Oneonta, NY where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in nursing in 2008. From there, she began her career in nursing at SUNY Upstate Medical University where she worked on the cardiology medicine floor, followed by the Cardiopulmonary ICU. While working as a nurse, she attended SUNY Upstate College of Nursing and obtained her master’s in nursing degree in 2013. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She spent the last 10 years working at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD in the Heart Failure Bridge Clinic. She maintains a heart failure certification through the Heart Failure Society of America. She also specializes in infiltrative cardiomyopathies, such as cardiac amyloidosis, and cardiac sarcoidosis.
