Dr. Grier specializes in the functional rehabilitation of patients affected by simple to complex Neuromuscular and Orthopedic disorders. He also treats patients after mild (concussion) to severe traumatic Brain injury.
Evangeline P Koutalianos, MD
Dr. Koutalianos is an Assistant Professor of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Upstate Medical University. She is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and the American Board of Pain Medicine. She specializes in the diagnostic and therapeutic management of acute and chronic spinal pain and non-operative treatment of musculoskeletal injuries. She offers a full complement of interventional therapies including epidural injections, facet injections, RF ablation, SI joint injections, genicular nerve blocks, trigger point injections, sympathetic nerve blocks, & spinal neuromodulation.
